Another key milestone has been achieved in the HDA’s quest to release and transfer state land for human settlements in Rustenburg Municipality in the North West Province.
The HDA was requested to support the National Association of Social Housing Organisations (NASHO) in July 2012.
The HDA’s human settlement value chain video was very well received by the sector, and hot on the back of this we have just completed a new video entitled, “Project planning and programming for human settlements”.
The HDA is pleased to announce the opening of a new regional office located at the Northern Cape Provincial Department of Cooperative Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs offices on Cecil Sussman Road in Kimberley.
The HDA Act states that the Agency may declare PHDAs, develop and submit development plans for PHDAs, and implement measures to fast-track housing development in PHDAs.
