Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Marketing Campaign Coordination.
- Coordinate the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Assist in developing campaign schedules and project plans.
- Monitor campaign progress and deadlines.
- Coordinate promotional activities across multiple platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency throughout all marketing initiatives.
Brand Management
- Coordinate development and packaging of internal and external communication materials.
- Compile, write, edit and design stakeholder newsletters.
- Support executive messaging and presentation preparation.
- Ensure content is proofread, formatted and aligned to institutional tone and governance standards.
Digital Marketing
- Coordinate social media content calendars.
- Schedule and publish content on digital platforms.
- Assist with website updates.
- Monitor digital campaign performance.
- Prepare monthly social media reports.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns.
Content Development
- Draft marketing copy for
- Social media
- Newsletters
- Website articles
- Internal communications
- Media releases
- Event invitations
- Coordinate photography and video
Event Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate conferences, launches and stakeholder events.
- Manage event logistics.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers.
- Coordinate invitations and RSVP management.
- Prepare event programmes.
- Support registration and on-site event coordination.
Supplier & Agency Coordination
Liaise with:
- Graphic designers
- Printers
- Photographers
- Digital agencies
- Media partners
- Promotional suppliers
- Track supplier deliverables.
- Ensure work is completed according to agreed timeline.
Marketing Administration
- Maintain marketing calendars.
- Prepare purchase requisitions.
- Track marketing budgets.
- Process invoices.
- Maintain supplier database.
- File marketing documentation.
- Prepare monthly activity reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in marketing and corporate communications.
- Postgraduate in events management will be advantageous
- Public sector experience advantageous.
