Since its inception in 2009, the HDA has been involved in multiple projects that aim to provide quality human settlement solutions to communities across the country.
These range from the mega-projects of Zanemvula and the N2 Gateway, situated in the Eastern Cape and the Western Cape respectively, to Bela Bela and Bendor Ext 100, both of which are located in Limpopo.
