The Housing Development Agency (HDA) is proud to launch its new website!

The site contains information on who we are, what we do and what our strategic priorities are. It also explains how we work (including information on our projects and programmes and our approach to land acquisition and management).
A procurement section includes a database of the tenders the HDA has published in the past, and will be updated as and when we publish more, details on how to register as a service provider to the HDA, a compliance checklist for service providers wishing to register with the HDA, and a page linking to relevant South African procurement legislation.
Our new site also has a resources section, where you will find relevant legislation and policies, relevant HDA publications, and a gallery section to let you see what’s been happening in the Agency.
The HDA, as a public entity, strives to seek full compliance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act (Act 2 of 2000, PAIA), and we have a section on PAIA in particular.
There’s also a section for frequently asked questions, and a contact page which lists telephone numbers and the physical details of all our offices.
