A Land Forum has been established to speed up the process of developing a Land Plan for human settlements development.
The HDA, together with Development Works and the Socio Economic Rights Institute of South Africa (SERI), conducted a land tenure workshop in KwaZulu-Natal recently as part of a nationwide series of such events.
The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Human Settlements invited the HDA to the 2015 KwaZulu-Natal Govan Mbeki assessment processes and related Awards ceremony on 2 June. The HDA sponsored the event, providing three mini iPads that were awarded in the student category.
