Three properties have been released by the Limpopo Department of Rural Development and Land Reform to speed up the formalisation of the Phucukani and Kwa-Ngovovane townships.
Portion 195 and 197 of Portion 3 of farm Kikvorschfontein 57 JS were donated and released for formalisation. Both properties are located within Elias Motsoaledi Municipality, and cover a combined land mass of 411.2491ha.
A 85.4961ha portion of land within Modimolle Local Municipality was also released for human settlement development purposes.
