During August and September 2015 the HDA, together with other human settlement entities, participated in the Limpopo Women’s Build.
The HDA has put in place efficient systems and procedures to support provinces and municipalities in releasing state-owned land and/or purchasing private land for human settlement development.
Over and above the existing Zanemvula project, the HDA recently took responsibility for all human settlement projects in the Nelson Mandela Bay metro municipality.
